Our Farm

Situated in mid-coast Maine, Two Sons Alpaca Farm is a dream in the making. We are currently located in Damariscotta, approximately one hour north of Portland on the coast. We are dedicated to building a herd of quality Huacaya alpacas. We have become more focused on Black and Grey Huacays and are breeding them to high quality herd sires that will enhance our foundation females fleece characteristics. Our foundation females are conformationally correct with dense, fine fiber. We had three beautiful female crias born our first year. We find that the alpacas have enriched our lives in so many ways. Alpacas are one of the most intriguing animals we have ever seen. They are easy keepers and environmentally friendly.

We believe in superior customer support. We know what a new breeder will be experiencing and can help guide you through the process. We have visited many farms, attended seminars including Marty McGee, as well as many others on husbandry, fleece and showing. We certainly understand the concerns of those just starting out, which will help us, provide our customers with the personal attention they need.

Each alpaca is given the best of care. We keep complete health records and give individual attention to each alpaca on our farm. We know that personal involvement and loving care makes an incredible difference in an animal’s temperament. We are committed to customer service.
